All color offerings featured by L. are custom created and hand-colored by Totteanna Shanklin. Each shade is the result of expert formulation and artistry.

When placing an order, please note that the goal is to replicate the color shown, but because each unit is custom-colored, slight variations may occur due to factors such as lighting, texture, and the natural characteristics of the hair.

Your unit will be crafted to match the tone, depth, and dimension of the original look as closely as possible — maintaining the same refined finish and signature L. quality.

Return & Resolution Policy

At L., every unit and service is crafted with precision and care. Each piece is custom-made and hand-colored to order, ensuring quality, authenticity, and a tailored experience.

Because of the custom nature of our products, we do not offer returns or refunds at this time.

However, our goal is to always deliver what’s promised. If an item you receive is not as advertised and this can be clearly demonstrated and verified by our team, we will work with you to remedy the issue or provide an appropriate solution.

Please note:If your order matches the color, texture, and description shown but does not meet personal preference (for example, if you simply decide you do not like the color once received), we cannot offer an exchange or refund.

Shipping & Processing Policy

At L., each wig is made-to-order with the highest level of care and precision.

All L. Wigs have a standard processing time of 14 business days before shipment. This time allows for the preparation, customization, and quality inspection of your unit.

If you plan to book an installation appointment for your wig, please ensure your appointment is scheduled at least 14 days after your purchase date, excluding weekends and holidays. This allows enough time for processing and delivery.

Please note: The day your order is placed does not count toward the 14 business days. Processing begins the following business day. Please note that shipping times may vary based on location and carrier delays outside of our control.
